Many of our emails are asking the recipient to contact a third party on our behalf. It might be for a status update or just a follow-up. If you include the suggested text, you’ll save everyone time and get the email out faster.
The wise folks at Ridiculously Efficient call this a “pre-draft” email and the concept is simple:
